Sick of vampires? Try witches! ABC's Eastwick (think Sex and the City with a supernatural twist) pleases all your wicked desires. My TiVo hardly needs another show, but Eastwick is too much of a guilty pleasure to pass up!
Rebecca Romijn, Lindsay Price and Jaime Ray Newman play three small-town women who have recently come into supernatural powers--the ability to control natural elements, to see the future and to control men (and really, which of us wouldn't want that power?!). At the same time, a mysterious, devilishly handsome man named Darryl Van Horne moves to town, instantly taking on the role of mentor to the witches and revealing their powers to them along the way. We don't know his secret yet, or how he seems to know more about the women's powers than they do themselves, but as Price's character digs up Van Horne's past week by week, we find out he's not who he seems. The perfect combination of sex, magic and danger, Eastwick is sure to be your next prime-time addiction (and what better night to tune in than the holiday that celebrates--or condemns--witches?).
