Must Watch Wednesday: Thanksgiving TV Specials


Thanksgiving: delicious food, football, family time--not-so-great TV. Year after year, I've settled down post-meal to find reruns all over the airwaves. Not this year! Tune in for a primetime lineup packed with not-to-be-missed specials:

A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving (8pm ET, ABC)
Celebrate the start of the holiday season with the classic animated Thanksgiving-themed PEANUTS special, A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving. It's the perfect post-meal family flick!

People of the Year (9pm ET, NBC) Matt Lauer's series of revealing interviews with the most talked-about figures of the year: Taylor Swift, octo-mom Nadya Suleman, Susan Boyle, Kobe Bryant, Captain Chesley Sullenberger and Captain Richard Phillips.

Beyonce: I am...Yours (9pm ET, ABC) Watch Sasha Fierce take the stage for an intimate performance at Wynn Las Vegas, performing her biggest hits.

Paul McCartney: Good Evening New York (10pm ET, ABC) Tune in to watch legend Paul McCartney wowing the sold out crowd at Citi Field with a slue of his # 1 hits - including a number of Beatles tunes! (I was there live, trust me, it's a must watch.)

Great Performances--Sting: A Winter's Night...(10pm ET, PBS) Ring in the holiday season with Sting's live performance of carols, lullabies new songs and interpreted classical favorites.
